This illustration is a part of my commemorative postage stamp collection, which acknowledges the giants who have not only paved the way for me in society, but who have also impacted my life and influenced my way of thinking through the jewels that they have left behind. It is because of their legacy that I have the pleasure of climbing upon the shoulders of these giants. As my way of saying thank you, I dedicate and acknowledge these individuals in order to educate others and inspiring them to keep their names alive.
'Pac had a way of touching me even at a young age. I was only 14 at the time of his passing, yet there was a mature understanding of his messages, his poetry, and his influence. To be honest, I cried when 'Pac made the transition. As I got older, his words would only resonate with me even more up until adulthood.
There are so many jewels I could take from 'Pac. Obviously, he truly understood the importance of leaving an immortal body of work behind that he knew would spark the minds of the next generation to come. In his honor, we 'Remember Him.'
